If you utilize the forms on our site, you opt-in to saving your name, company name, phone number, email address, and any accompanying message in our database. These forms are for your convenience so that we can facilitate service for clients. The forms automatically capture the user’s IP address. We retain this information indefinitely.

We utilize Google Analytics from Google Inc.
